All payments are strictly for digital marketing, influencer promotions, sponsorship campaigns, and allied services only.
BEATKINGSMM operates as a service-based platform — not as a financial or investment institution.
3. Service Usage
Users must ensure that their use of BEATKINGSMM’s Services complies with the policies of all third-party platforms involved (e.g., Google, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, etc.).
BEATKINGSMM reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
Rates and offers are subject to change without affecting orders already accepted and confirmed.
4. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to third-party platform restrictions, policy updates, or technical limitations.
No refunds shall be issued for orders in progress due to perceived or actual delays.
Working days are calculated as Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless specified otherwise.
5. Liability Disclaimer
BEATKINGSMM shall not be held liable for any of the following:
Account bans, suspensions, or content removals by third-party platforms.
Any business, financial, or reputational losses arising from Service usage.
Platform-related actions beyond our control (algorithm changes, system updates, etc.).
Sponsorship Products Clause:
Products provided as part of sponsorships or collaborations (e.g., Cars, Bikes, Mobiles, Electronics, etc.) remain the exclusive property of BEATKINGSMM until full and final settlement of the respective sponsorship amount.
BEATKINGSMM reserves full rights to revoke or withdraw such products at its discretion without refund.
6. Refund Policy
All deposits are non-transferable and non-interest-bearing.
Refunds for unused balances may be requested via the same payment gateway.
Standard refund processing time: 7–8 weeks, subject to your bank or card issuer’s timelines.
Refunds for in-process orders (on request) will follow the sponsorship company’s terms, which may take 0 - 30 working days or longer.
Filing false chargebacks or disputes will result in:
Immediate termination of your BEATKINGSMM account,
Cancellation of all pending and future orders, and
Revocation of any services or sponsorships already delivered.
7. No Guarantee of Results
All services are provided strictly on an “as-is” basis.
BEATKINGSMM does not guarantee:
Specific growth metrics,
Engagement results, or
Financial returns.
Performance depends on third-party algorithms, ongoing policy changes, and external factors beyond BEATKINGSMM’s control.
8. Order Execution Policy
All orders are processed exclusively through BEATKINGSMM’s official system.
Under no circumstances shall any order be fulfilled using personal funds of our team or representatives.
Completion timelines depend on working-day calculations and third-party availability.
In case of delay or non-completion, refunds (if applicable) will be governed strictly by the BEATKINGSMM Refund Policy.
Any verbal, social-media, or informal commitments outside these written terms are invalid and non-binding.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEATKINGSMM, its founders, employees, associates, and affiliates against any losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from:
Violation of these Terms, or
Misuse of Services, or
Non-compliance with third-party platform policies.
10. Misrepresentation & Fraudulent Claims
BEATKINGSMM disassociates itself from any individual or entity claiming to collect money on its behalf.
Payments must only be made through the official BEATKINGSMM website or verified payment gateways.
BEATKINGSMM will not entertain claims of loss involving unauthorized agents or intermediaries.
Strict civil and criminal action will be taken against anyone misusing the BEATKINGSMM name for fraudulent or monetary gain.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Final Disclaimer
BEATKINGSMM is a legitimate digital service platform.
We neither provide nor support any investment, chit fund, or money-doubling schemes.
Any person or group falsely representing BEATKINGSMM in such activities shall be personally and legally responsible for their actions.
