# BEATKINGSMM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing the BEATKINGSMM website, placing an order, making a payment, or using any product or service offered through the platform, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

### 1. Voluntary Orders & Payments

All orders, purchases and payments made through BEATKINGSMM are **voluntary decisions of the customer**.

BEATKINGSMM does not force, compel or require any person to place an order or make a payment. Customers are responsible for independently reviewing the product/service, price, applicable terms and transaction details before making any payment.

A voluntary commercial payment made towards a specific product or service should not subsequently be represented as an investment, trading transaction, money-doubling arrangement or guaranteed financial-return scheme where no such representation was made by BEATKINGSMM.

The nature of a transaction shall be determined from the **actual order, invoice, payment records, written communications, delivery records and applicable transaction terms**.

### 2. Nature of Business

BEATKINGSMM operates as a digital services, social-media marketing, promotional and related products/services platform.

Payments made to BEATKINGSMM are against specific products, services or orders selected by the customer.

**BEATKINGSMM is not an investment platform, trading platform, deposit-taking platform, money-doubling scheme or financial-return scheme.**

### 3. No Investment or Financial Returns

Any payment made by a customer is a commercial payment towards a specific product, service or order and is **not an investment or financial deposit**.

BEATKINGSMM does not promise or guarantee:

* Profit or financial returns * Interest on customer funds * Doubling or multiplication of money * Guaranteed income * Returns from trading or cryptocurrency * Gambling-related or other financial returns

Customers should not treat payments made for products or services as investments.

### 4. Orders & Payments

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product/service, quantity, price and applicable terms before making payment.

Payment confirmation does not change the nature, specifications or agreed terms of an order.

BEATKINGSMM may maintain order records, invoices, payment confirmations, communications and other transaction records for legitimate business, accounting, compliance, customer-support and dispute-resolution purposes.

### 5. Product & Service Delivery

Where a customer purchases a physical product, delivery shall be made according to the applicable order confirmation and agreed delivery terms.

Where a customer purchases a digital or social-media service, fulfilment shall depend upon the nature and specifications of that particular service.

Delivery or fulfilment may be evidenced through invoices, order IDs, courier records, delivery confirmations, customer acknowledgements, digital fulfilment records, emails, screenshots or other reasonable transaction records.

### 6. Historical Transactions

Transactions completed before the effective date of these Terms & Conditions shall be assessed on the basis of the **actual order, payment, invoice, communication and delivery records applicable to that transaction**.

These Terms & Conditions do not retrospectively alter the commercial terms of any completed transaction.

Where a product or service has already been delivered or fulfilled, the relevant delivery/fulfilment records may be used to establish the status and history of that transaction.

### 7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for processing their orders.

Customers should rely upon official BEATKINGSMM invoices, order confirmations and written communications regarding their transactions.

No unauthorised person is permitted to represent any BEATKINGSMM product or service as an investment, trading opportunity, money-doubling arrangement or guaranteed-return scheme.

### 8. Pricing & Additional Payments

The price applicable to an order shall be the price communicated or confirmed for that particular transaction.

If a customer chooses an alternative product, vehicle, specification, financing arrangement, delivery method or other option requiring an additional payment, the applicable additional amount shall be communicated before proceeding.

Any additional amount required for completion of an order shall not be considered an investment or financial contribution.

### 9. EMI / Financing Arrangements

Where any vehicle, electronic product or other product is offered through an **EMI, financing or deferred-payment arrangement**, the applicable financing terms shall be governed by the relevant agreement, sanction letter, invoice and/or documentation issued by the concerned financier, lender, showroom or other authorised party.

Unless BEATKINGSMM has expressly undertaken such obligation **in writing**, BEATKINGSMM shall not be considered the lender, financier or personal guarantor of the customer's EMI obligations.

EMI approval, rejection, interest, instalments, due dates, penalties, disbursement and other financing matters remain subject to the terms and processes of the concerned financing institution or authorised party.

### 10. EMI Processing & Delays

Where BEATKINGSMM assists or coordinates with a third party regarding financing or EMI processing, such assistance does not by itself constitute a personal financial guarantee by the Founder, employee or authorised representative of BEATKINGSMM.

In case of a delay, technical issue, approval issue, disbursement delay or non-processing of an EMI/payment, the customer may contact BEATKINGSMM through its official support channel so that the transaction records can be reviewed and the responsible party can be identified.

### 11. Delivery & Post-Delivery Obligations

For products supplied through BEATKINGSMM, delivery shall be determined by the applicable invoice, delivery confirmation, courier record, handover record or other relevant transaction evidence.

Where delivery has been completed, any subsequent issue relating to financing, EMI collection, third-party lender processing, registration or another independent post-delivery obligation shall be governed by the relevant agreement and the party responsible for that obligation.

### 12. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility shall depend upon the nature of the order, fulfilment status, applicable refund policy and circumstances of the request.

Where BEATKINGSMM approves a refund, the approved amount and applicable processing timeline shall be communicated to the customer.

Refunds may be processed through the original payment source/method, subject to applicable banking and payment-processing requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

### 13. Transaction Records

For legitimate business, accounting, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes, BEATKINGSMM may retain:

* Order IDs * Invoices * Payment confirmations * Delivery/fulfilment records * Refund records * Customer communications * Support tickets * Financing-related correspondence * Other records reasonably connected with a transaction

Such records may be used to verify the history, status and fulfilment of a transaction where legitimately required.

### 14. No Misrepresentation

BEATKINGSMM does not authorise any person to represent its products or services as an investment opportunity, trading opportunity, money-doubling arrangement or guaranteed-return scheme.

Customers are encouraged to verify transaction details through official BEATKINGSMM communication channels.

### 15. False or Misleading Information

Customers must not knowingly submit false information, fabricate transaction records, impersonate another person or deliberately misrepresent the nature or history of a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a customer from exercising any statutory or legal right available to them.

### 16. Customer Grievance & Official Communication

Customers are encouraged to raise transaction-related concerns through the official BEATKINGSMM support/grievance channel so that the relevant order, payment, delivery and communication records can be reviewed.

BEATKINGSMM shall endeavour to review and respond to genuine transaction-related concerns through the appropriate channel.

Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from approaching any authority, forum or court having lawful jurisdiction or exercising any statutory remedy available under applicable law.

### 17. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Certain digital/social-media services may depend upon third-party platforms, algorithms, policies, restrictions, technical changes or circumstances outside BEATKINGSMM's reasonable control.

Unless expressly guaranteed for a particular order, BEATKINGSMM does not guarantee that third-party platforms will maintain a particular level of reach, engagement, followers or visibility indefinitely.

### 18. No Personal Financial Guarantee

Unless specifically documented in writing, the Founder, employees, agents and authorised representatives of BEATKINGSMM shall not personally be considered lenders, financiers or guarantors of a customer's investment, financing, EMI, loan repayment or other financial obligation merely because they assisted with or communicated regarding an order.

The responsibility of each party shall be determined from the relevant written agreement, invoice, financing documentation and applicable law.

### 19. Intellectual Property

The BEATKINGSMM name, logo, website design, original content and proprietary materials are owned by or lawfully used by BEATKINGSMM and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

### 20. Amendments

BEATKINGSMM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices or applicable law.

The version applicable to a particular transaction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of that transaction.

### 21. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Customers are encouraged to first contact BEATKINGSMM through its official support/grievance channel for resolution of any transaction-related concern.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive, restrict or eliminate any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

### 22. Customer Acceptance

By placing an order, making payment or using BEATKINGSMM services, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable terms and understand the nature of the transaction.
