Creating an account or placing an order on our platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. 2. Nature of Services BEATKINGSMM is strictly a digital service provider. - We do not offer, promote, or guarantee any form of “money doubling”, “investment returns”, or financial growth schemes. - All payments made are strictly against digital marketing, promotional, and sponsorship-related services only. 3. Service Usage - Users must use BEATKINGSMM services only in compliance with the policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, YouTube, Netflix, etc.). - BEATKINGSMM reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice. - Rates may change at any time without affecting prior orders already accepted. 4. Delivery & Timeline - BEATKINGSMM does not guarantee fixed delivery times. All timelines provided are estimations only. - Orders may take longer depending on third-party platform conditions. - No refunds shall be provided for orders in process due to perceived delay in delivery. 5. Liability Disclaimer - BEATKINGSMM shall not be held liable for any: • Account suspension, • Content/photo/video deletion, • Platform policy actions, or • Business losses or damages incurred by the client. - Sponsorship products (e.g., Cars, Bikes, Mobiles, Electronics, etc.), if provided, remain the property of BEATKINGSMM until full and final settlement. BEATKINGSMM reserves the right to revoke or withdraw such products without issuing a refund. 6. Refund Policy - Deposits made to BEATKINGSMM are non-transferable and non-interest bearing. - If you wish to refund any unused balance, you may request the same through your payment gateway. Refunds are processed within 7–8 weeks. - Refund timelines for receipt into your bank/card account depend solely on your financial institution. - If you believe your order is still under processing, you may request a refund instead of waiting for completion. In such cases, refunds will be issued as per the sponsorship company’s terms and conditions, which may take 0–45 days or longer. - Filing an invalid dispute or chargeback will result in: • Immediate termination of your account, • Cancellation of all pending/future orders, and • Revocation of any services or products delivered. 7. No Guarantee of Results BEATKINGSMM makes no guarantees of specific results, earnings, or outcomes from the services provided. Services are offered “as-is” and depend on third-party algorithms, policies, and market fluctuations beyond our control. 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEATKINGSMM, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of misuse of our services or violation of these Terms. 9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dubai, UAE. 10. Final Disclaimer BEATKINGSMM is a service-based platform. - We do not and will not engage in money-doubling, investment schemes, chit funds, or similar fraudulent activities. - Any person misrepresenting BEATKINGSMM as such shall be solely responsible for their claims. 11. Misrepresentation & Fraudulent Claims - BEATKINGSMM strictly disassociates itself from any individual or third party who claims to accept money from others on behalf of BEATKINGSMM for placing orders. - If any person collects payments in the name of “BEATKINGSMM” but does not place the actual order on our platform, BEATKINGSMM shall not be held liable for such fraudulent actions. - Users are strictly advised to make all payments only through the official BEATKINGSMM platform and verified payment gateways. - Any claim of loss due to dealing with unauthorized agents or middlemen will not be entertained. - Strict legal action (civil and criminal) will be initiated against any individual or group found guilty of misusing the name of BEATKINGSMM for fraudulent monetary activities. 8.All orders placed with BEATKINGSMM are executed strictly through our official system and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Under no circumstances shall orders be fulfilled using personal funds of our team. Completion timelines are always subject to standard working days and availability as mentioned. In case of delays or non-completion, refunds (if applicable) will be processed strictly as per the BEATKINGSMM's refund policy. Any verbal or informal commitments outside these terms shall be considered invalid.
